1) Review the agreements and contracts entered into by the University with other universities or applicants for advisory services from the university.
2) To express an opinion substantiated and supported by formal documents as submitted to the Legal Department of the requests for opinion of the Rector or the agents of the university.
3) Review and drafting of contracts and agreements entered into.
